Men’s & Women’s Ministries

St. Matthew’s is committed to meeting the needs of the men and women of our parish. We have a number of groups that meet in person and/or online as detailed below.

We invite women of all ages and life stages to join this intergenerational community. We meet every first and third Sunday of the month from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM in the Bishop's Study (upstairs in the middle building). Online participation is available via Zoom. Since the dawn of time, men have gathered around a fire to eat meat and swap stories. On the first Monday of every month, St Matthew’s continues that tradition and improves on it with the addition of tortillas in which to place the meat (i.e. tacos), cigars, and adult beverages. Whether you are new to our parish or a longtime member, Men’s Group is the perfect place to relax, discuss theology, and even break out a musical instrument (but mostly drink and smoke). Bring a friend (and probably a jacket).

The St. Anne’s Daughters invite women of all ages (12+) to join us for monthly luncheons where we grow closer to God and cultivate spiritual friendships. We gather on the first Saturday of each month at St. Matthew’s from 12:00 to about 3:00 PM.
